Our History
John Brennan Hair commenced business in the Northern suburbs of Sydney in 1992 providing haircuts for the whole family.
The Brennan family has been in the hairdressing industry on Sydney's Northern beaches since 1955. Son, John Brennan opened the first John Brennan Hair salon in 1992 at Mona Vale in the Northern suburbs of Sydney.
The John Brennan franchising system started in July 2001, after many years of development. The franchise works because it is a proven business model. During this time there has been phenomenal growth, there are now over 40 salons in NSW, ACT, & VIC.
The driving force behind the success of this exciting and unique hairdressing franchise is John Brennan, who is Managing director of the John Brennan Hair group. John himself is a qualified hairdresser who has worked at the grass roots level of hairdressing for some 30 years.
John Brennan hair offers a full range of services to the highest quality, in a convenient location to all members of the family. We appeal to both men and women as our image is stylish yet simple.

Education Culture
Education is our key priority at JBH. The success of our model relies upon having the most well trained, happy and rewarded team in your area. This is not left to luck or the skills of the individual franchisee. We find that most successful franchisees have an extremely strong education culture alive and present within the salon.
JBH delivers one of the most structured and complete approaches to this area of the business by providing the "John Brennan Essential Education" program. This program includes all policies and procedures within the salon, all skills and product based training supplied by our trade partner WELLA , all other suppliers education, cutting and other skills based courses and finally all management training for managers and franchisees alike.
